Commissioned in the second half of the 19th century by Count Albert Apponyi, the Herend “Apponyi” remains one of the most iconic porcelain dinner services in history. Each piece in the collection is beautifully handcrafted and hand-painted in Hungary to this day, adorned with intricate floral patterns and gracefully folded leaves surrounded by a stylized border detailed in 24-carat gold.
